We were delighted to welcome Dr. Bisola Ojikutu, MD, MPH to our Brighton location on Tuesday, June 23. Dr. Ojikutu plays a vital role in the health of Boston residents as Commissioner of Public Health and Executive Director, Boston Public Health Commission.
We discussed the needs of the working age families and children that we serve, and how we can improve both their physical health and perception of health. Improving both will take hard work and investment in our core services, like primary medical care, behavioral health, dental, vision, and pharmacy, as well as investment in social services and supports such as health literacy and access to nutritious food.
