What to do when you need to refill your medication

  • Call Brighton / Waltham Pharmacy depending on where the prescription was filled
  • Include the name of the medication, or the RX number listed on the top of the prescription label
  • The patient’s name, and date of birth
  • The names of the medications you would like to fill
  • The best number to call you back if we have any questions
  • Call Brighton / Waltham Pharmacy depending on where the prescription was filled
  • For refills, press #1 (Enter the RX number from the top of the prescription label)
  • To transfer to the CRCH Main Number, press #2
  • To speak with the pharmacy staff, press #3
