Next week, we will be celebrating National Health Center Week, dedicated to recognizing the service and contributions of Community Health Centers nationwide in providing access to affordable, high quality, cost-effective health care services to more than 32.5 million patients across nearly 16,000 communities annually. This year’s theme is “Past, Present, and Future: 60 Years of Improving Our Nation’s Health.”
CRCH will be hosting a Family Health Fair and Patient Appreciation Day at each location to help mark National Health Center Week. We would like to invite you to celebrate with us, promote public health and bring together members of the local community. Both events will include:
- Health Screening and Information Tables
- Answers to questions about health insurance
- Face Painting, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Ice Cream and Music
- Healthy Snacks, School Supplies, Raffle Prizes and More!
