Earlier this month, we celebrated National Health Center Week, dedicated to recognizing the service and contributions of Community Health Centers nationwide in providing access to affordable, high quality, cost-effective health care services to more than 32.5 million patients across nearly 16,000 communities annually. This year’s theme was “Past, Present, and Future: 60 Years of Improving Our Nation’s Health.”
CRCH hosted a Family Health Fair and Patient Appreciation Day at each location to help mark National Health Center Week. Both events will included: Health Screening and Information Tables, answers to questions about health insurance, Face Painting, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Ice Cream and Music, Healthy Snacks, School Supplies, Raffle Prizes and More!
