Dr. Pittel is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who has worked predominantly in community child psychiatry settings. He has worked in inpatient, outpatient, residential, school, juvenile correctional settings, and has provided consultation in pediatric as well as state agencies. Dr. Pittel also enjoys teaching and supervising medical students, residents, and behavioral health trainees. He currently holds a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Outside of work, Dr. Pittel’s interests include practicing yoga, pilates, mindfulness, and playing softball and music.
