Mary Rowan obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, MA in 2017. She is fluent in Spanish after living abroad in both Puerto Rico and Spain. She began her career in medicine as a Spanish medical interpreter at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She then continued at the Brigham as an RN on an inpatient medical floor. She developed a passion for community health when she volunteered as an RN on a medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic. Outside of work her other interests include yoga and traveling.
